Companies House Registration
There are many things to consider when establishing your private limited company. Bourne and Bargery are experienced with the registration process and can complete the incorporation for you. The registration process requires:
- Company name
- Company address
- Name of director(s)
- Name of shareholder(s)
- Memorandum of association (an agreement of all initial shareholders)
- Statement of Capital (details of the company’s shares and the rights attached to them)
- Articles of Association (written rules about how the company is run)
- Details of people with significant control over the company
- Standard Industry Classification code (SIC) number stating what the company does
- Inform HMRC when the company starts trading
Once the company is registered you’ll get a ‘Certificate of Incorporation’ which confirms your company legally exists and shows the company number and date of formation.
